Specializing in workforce planning and talent development, I currently serve as a talent acquisition strategist for the Global Talent Acquisition team at Starbucks Coffee Company. I take pride in contributing to the success of recruiting and developing exceptional talent for Starbucks. My professional experience spans years of HR practice with Fortune 500 and mid-sized companies across various industries, including retail, manufacturing, IT, financial services, and entertainment.
I earned my Bachelor of Arts degree from the prestigious University of California, Los Angeles, graduating Cum Laude. Additionally, I achieved an Advanced Strategic Human Resources Management certificate from Cornell University Graduate School and hold a Master’s degree in Professional Studies of Organization Development from Penn State University, World Campus. I am also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) with HRCI and a SHRM-Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) with SHRM.
Outside of work and teaching, I enjoy working out and spending quality time with my husband and our two adopted dogs in sunny Southern California.
